Fit your correct colors in the bottom ring, then fill in the ring with at least 6 of the 8 before even considering the middle.  one thing to watch for is to try and not put a color under a hole needed for that same color in one of the higher rings.  This helps avoid stacking colors and running into the unintentional clear.  This is sometimes unavoidable, especially if it's not your first puzzle set.

			<description>If you want the basics, take the navy missions 'cause I'm skipping it.  Most people can get 1 or 2 masterpeices out of 4 consistantly, but the trick to getting high rankings is stringing large numbers of these together (6-17).
